We are looking for:
** Technical PMO**
The profile is:
Main Responsabilities:
• Devise project plans, coordinate activities and follow up on execution with multiple teams in building and maintaining large-scale IT Test Environments in several data centers, supporting major software releases, including
o Collecting environment related requirements, consolidating and prioritizing requests;
o Creating project task plans;
o Arranging data transfer from production to test environments, backup/restore, upgrades, baseline preparations, environments setup and spot checks.
• Monitor the process of ordering, purchasing and delivery of hardware and 3rd party software
• Plan and provide status communication support for production releases and major deployments
• Facilitate meetings and resolution of conflicts; act as project liaison for Technical Architecture, IT Infrastructure, Database Administrators, System Administrators, Application Development and Test teams
Technical/Business Skills:
Required
• Ability to maintain good inter-team and customer relationships, effectively facilitate meetings
• Ability to efficiently and effectively manage several concurrent projects, anticipating problems and initiating corrective action
• Good planning, organizational and task administration skills
• Quick learning abilities, thoroughness, diligence, patience and optimistic attitude
• Presentation Tools skills (Word, Excel, PPT, MS Project, MS Visio, etc)
• Fluent in English able to communicate both verbally and in writing
Preferred
• Working experience with various products (Billing, Customer Care, Ordering etc)
• Knowledge of Unix, ORACLE, SQL, Tuxedo, Weblogic, Citrix
• Configuration Software management/Third Party SW management - general knowledge
• Storage configuration and management - general knowledge
