We are looking for:
** Tier 1 - LD (Jewel) Production Support**
The profile is:
Main Responsabilities:
• Correct data for billing, online and usage fallout
• Write scripts and quantifications for data problems
• Support during production outages
• Answering customer queries
• Maintain and be responsible for production parameters
• Root cause analysis for production issues and process failures
Technical/Business Skills:
• Strong working knowledge of SQL on ORACLE - mandatory
• Understanding of the Billing system business - mandatory
• Understanding of Unix and ability to write Unix Shell scripts - mandatory
• Good Communication (verbal & writing) skills - mandatory
• Understanding of C/Cobol/Java code - preferable
• Ability to interact with customer and business organizations - preferable
• Ability to support in multiple projects and applications - preferable
• Experience working with Web logic/Websphere servers - Advantage
Experience/ Education Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years’ experience in Unix/Linux/Sun System Administration
• Intermediate scripting and automation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills
• Colloquial and written English - advanced level
