The Technical Project Manager will provide beginning to end project management for our valued client's website design and development projects. The Technical Project Manager will play a key role in our web design and development process; keeping our clients up-to-date on project status, discussing and resolving any project issues and assuring client expectations are met. The Technical Project Manager will develop project plans; including detailed timeline with executables, wire frames and work with the senior design staff to allocate resources to best complete projects on time and on budget.
Position Qualifications and Responsibilities:
* Background in programming, especially with PHP-MySQL
* Must have experience interfacing with clients on a variety of levels
* Must have excellent verbal and written technical and non technical communication skills (ENGLISH) - HIGHLY IMPORTANT
* Must be able to work independently and manage a team.
* Must be familiar with website design and backend database development terminology (design and coding skills not required)
* Responsible for creating formal scoping documents including project plans and testing requirements.
* Demonstrate an understanding for website design and development
* Must have experience writing detailed and professional proposals for Web design and development projects.
