We are looking for bilingual operators (Spanish - English) with excellent command of PC tools and the availability to work 8 hours a day 6 days a week.
Requirements:
• Fluency in English (80% - 100% = be able to maintain fluent phone conversations with native speakers)
• High School Diploma (Preparatoria) or equivalent (GED).
• Computer skills.
• At least 18 years old.
• Full time availability will make you especially attractive to us.
Reponsibilities:
• Manage phone calls
• Solve client's demands
