• Act as the key point of contact for on-site personnel related to processes for handling finance/logistics questions
• Engage business cutover activities prior to go-live
• Create localization documentation and assist in end user training
• Assist in change management and organizational transition activities
• Perform knowledge transfer with Lear personnel
• Support end-user training and assessments
• Works with others to ensure legacy data is reviewed, cleansed and ready for SAP conversion
• Provide support for go-lives events
• Resolve issues by working with deployment leadership and any other deployment team members as required
• Engage business cutover activities
• Support some moderately technical cutover activities
• Coordinate activities with program and project management as required
• Accountable for meeting project deadlines, deployment deliverables and reporting to project management
REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
• 2 years of SAP deployment experience in the listed area of functional expertise
ABILITIES AND SKILLS:
• Ability to perform analysis, interpret and evaluate precedents and data, and recommend solutions to non-recurring problems
• Demonstrates ability in using independent judgment in determining how to approach and solve problems
• Ability to think through multiple alternatives and potential consequences to determine the best outcome
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Ability to prepare accurate, effective, complete and easily understood written communication and reports
• Microsoft Office proficient
Qualifications:
