| Business Process Manager - PP (optional PLM) |

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or Business Administration, or similar. Or equivalent work experience. Masters degree or equivalent degree preferred.
Experience: This position can be filled at multiple levels depending on experience.
• Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in SAP design and implementation with a minimum of 10 years in Information Technology or operational business area.
• Proven ability to lead solutions within one or more functional/business process area.
• Knowledge of business process improvement programs within the consumer packaged goods industry or related field.
Skills:
• Requirements definition working directly with business users
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of accounting processes
• Ability to develop specifications and documentation
• Lead development resources to deliver results on time and on budget
Technical Skills:
• SAP 6.0, MM, PP, PLM, MRP, MPS, LTP, CRP, SFC, FPC, REM
• Understanding of SAP transport and release process
• knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite
Desired Experience(s) are a Plus:
• SAP Activity Based Costing, SAP Bill of Material (BOM) and SAP Long Range Planning knowledge, Remedy Problem Management, HP Quality Center
• Ability to speak English & Spanish is preferred
