Responsibilities
Human Resources Manager will lead the HR processes for two manufacturing sites.
- Staffing for hourly and salary employees Labor relations (including the Collective Bargaining).
- Acknowledge and management of the mexican Labor law HR operating cycle (Talent review/career path & sucession plans, performance evaluation, salary plan, benefits administration).
-Engagement and retention initiatives.
- Establish & maintain a solid Communication strategy in the site.
- Be in compliance with the Mexican regulations (labor, legal).
- Assure the understanding and compliance on our company Values, and our code of ethic.
- Management of pre-payroll processes (TRESS system).
Qualifications
- Business degree with specialization in Human Resources fields.
- Labor relations management experience (minimum between 3-6 years working directly with unions).
- Fluent in english (able to negotiate).
Desired
- Oracle HR experience.
- TRESS system experience.
- Live a Lean Manufacturing environment, able to implement initiatives under the HR perspective to reinforce.
- Green Belt Certification (GE employees only).
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Computer skills.
- Good negotiator.
- Able to work in several projects at the same time.
- Energetic Teamplayer.
- Conflict management experience.
- Project management experience.
