WORKFORCE SPECIALIST (Database Analyst)
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
-Associate or bachelor degree (Industrial Engineer preferred).
-2 year systems college diploma preferred but not required.
-Call center and/or administrative related background.
-Strong knowledge of computers.
-Experience in a Windows NT environment as well as various software applications including MS Office Suite.
-Advanced MS Excel knowledge (Macros, Hyperlinks, Vlookup, If, Conditional formatting, pivot table, etc).
-Strong written and verbal communication.
-Full-time availability.
-Excellent English skills.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Works with operations team to meet both internal and external goals and expectations.
-Performs basic Database functions including running reports, entering segments, and updating the Intra-Day Performance.
-Maintains accurate employee information in several databases.
-Tracks, monitors and reports trends in project metrics (including absenteeism).
-Monitors schedule adherence, notifies the operations team when the agents are out of adherence.
