Our client is a Engineering-based company with extensive experience in product development, considered one of the largest ODM companies in the world. With operations in Asia, Europe and North America; Dedicated to the support in the design, manufacturing and after-sales phases with leading IT concepts that are quickly introduced and readily accepted in the marketplace. To cope with the further expansion of their operations they are now looking for a Plant General Manager for their facility in Cd. Juarez.
Responsible for providing progressive leadership and supervision in a modern manufacturing facility with several hundred employees and several hundred million operating budget.
Ensures achievement of all manufacturing objectives in the areas of cost, quality, safety, efficiency & client satisfaction.
Responsible for all plant Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Financial, Operations, Materials Management, Logistics and Human Resources.
Required Skills: Experience in an international, multi-plant. • Working knowledge of lean and six sigma techniques. • Demonstrated ability to influence change • Must posses excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must have the ability to lead in a multi- tasking, highly dynamic work situation • Minimum of 10 years experience in a manufacturing management positions in the electronics industry • Understands and can respond to challenges of growing an organization. • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electronics) and/or MBA required. |
