Our client in Tijuana Mexico is seeking a Plastics Extrusion Engineer for their facility. This person will be responsible for day-to-day production support, tracking process/ equipment performance for improvement(s) and technical assistance to operations. Must have past experience in plastic extrusion in the medical industry to be considered.
Requirements:
• B.S. Chemical Engineering or B.S. Chemistry
• 7 years experience and education in the extrusion and plastics testing field in the medical industry
• Minimum two years experience in extrusion and plastics testing
• Experience in extruded composites
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with vendors, customers and various internal functions.
• Proficient in extrusion and testing of thermoplastic resins
• Able to manage multiple projects and utilize project management tools
• Experience in technical troubleshooting and problem solving |
