Responsibilities:
• Ensure Sales Associates consistently deliver the highest possible levels of customer service-
• Ensure Department is Audit compliant & that stock loss is kept to a minimum
• Constantly assess performance & give timely feedback & on the job training
Requirements:
• High School or equivalent education qualification
• Indispensable Valid American Visa
• Bilingual or Advanced English (TOEFL, Cambridge, TOEIC)
• Having prior work experience in retail sector
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
