JOB DESCRIPTION:
Join a successful team of Program Level Sr Test Leads, and participate in new business integration projects for the retail industry. Job requires leading geographically distributed teams across the Americas, Asia and Europe during preparation and execution of System Integration and User Acceptance Testing phases for the new business integration project. Daily Interaction with Development, Testing and Business leaders and representatives is required. Direct reporting during all phases of Software Development Life Cycle to senior and top management.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Execute project management activities for the testing project, including but not limited to effort estimate, project costs, resources, issues and risk management
• Develop and Execute Test Plan for System Integration and User Acceptance testing
• Lead validation activities for Test Environment readiness
• Lead Defect Triage and Project status meetings with IT Leaders and business representatives
• Provide recommendations to management on application readiness for Go Live
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
• 5+ Years of proven experience in Software Development Projects during Software Testing Phases
• 2+ Years of proven experience in a leading position
• Experience leading System Integration and User Acceptance Testing for Software Projects
• Solid foundation on Project Management
• English level: Very Good / Fluent
• Strong communication, negotiation and people skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Goal-oriented and self-driven attitude
• Process oriented mindset
• Metrics driven
• College graduated
DESIRED COMPETENCIES:
• CSTE or ISTQB Certified
• Experience utilizing HP Quality Center
• Experience in Mainframe, Windows or Unix Technologies
