    Leading Virtual Events Software company has an exciting opportunity for a support representative to help contribute to our growth. We are seeking a Help Desk Technician who wants to be part of a growing team and is passionate about helping our customers to get a great virtual event experience. Responsibilities include providing Tier 1 support to our customers via phone, email, and computer chat on our virtual events platform. You will efficiently trouble shoot and escalate issues to internal and external teams. You need to be a highly detail oriented and analytical individual to accurately capture customer interactions and close out submitted trouble tickets in a timely manner.

    Essential duties and responsibilities:

    • Provide platform support of the 6Connex proprietary platforms.
    • Respond to customer issues through use of Support Ticketing system, email, phone, and computer chat.
    • Perform troubleshoot and run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues.
    • Document customer interactions in our support ticketing system.
    • Drive incident escalation and resolution with internal and external teams to deliver the expected level of service for the business.
    • Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
    • Develop and maintain a functional understanding of the platforms and collaborate with the team and customers to provide top-level support.
    • Continually improve the ticketing and knowledge management systems to provide customers with top Service.

    Qualifications and requirements

    • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical help desk and/or call center position
    • Professional experience in creating, tracking, closing, updating, and resolving help desk trouble tickets
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on client needs and live event schedules
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to learn and manage multiple tools
    • Ability to work with all levels of the organization to effectively resolve customers reported issues
    • Professional experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Integrity, creativity, intellectual curiosity, persistence, and goal oriented
    • Experience using internet and digital technical skills including basic knowledge of HTML
    • Highly proficient business English – both verbal and written
    • A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and working with SaaS platforms is a big plus


    • This position will be located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
