    Responsibilities

    The Contact Center Agent must have a strong sense of urgency to answer or make calls to resolve the customer's questions about their loan application or help them process the loan.

    It must be open and alert to detect the mood of the Client to empathize; Consciously and actively listen / read to put yourself in the customers shoes and efficiently generate an appropriate response or solution according to company policies and procedures. The Telephone Service Agent must have the ability to learn and reason these policies and procedures in such a way that he becomes the expert that any Oportun internal and external Client wants to contact to obtain the best advice or solution.

    Requirements:

    · Bilingual English/Spanish (Required)

    · Customer Service Experience (Required)

    · Customer-oriented: Approachable and proactive in meeting and exceeding customer needs and providing excellent service

    · Results-oriented: Use appropriate strategies to achieve and/or exceed goals

    · Strong communication and listening skills with a high degree of professionalism and ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds in-person and over the phone

    · Utilize good judgment, initiative and problem solving consistent with our compliance standards to resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience outcome.

    · Have a positive attitude.

    · Detail oriented.

    · Basic computer proficiency and excel Knowledge (basic)
