    Responsibilities
    The position of this dynamic Sales Manager is to keep the revenue engine running through the optimal performance of the sales team. Your three most important roles are to be a people manager, customer manager and business manager in this fun, energetic but fast speed environment.

    Essential Functions
    • Plans, leads and drives the sales efforts of various sales campaigns including Inbound and Outbound Sales initiatives.
    • Builds and manages the sales area for growth and to optimize the seating capacity and shifts of the contact center to its highest performance of 90 Sales Representatives.
    • Responsible for achieving growth and sales targets by successfully leading the sales team.
    • Help establish sales strategies to market retail products to prospective customers and cross-sell and retain existing customers.
    • Identifies operation problems that reduce the effectiveness of marketing activities and overall sales performance and work on potential solutions.
    • Liaise with Contact Center Sales Director and President and other internal/external partners.
    • Ensures compliance with established internal guidelines, external regulations, operational, legal and ethical standards to protect the client and companies interest
    • Accomplish call center human resource objectives and sales targets by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, motivating and advising their team.
    • Administering scheduling systems; communicating job expectations; ensuring all sales goals of the individual and team are met. Appraising and reviewing job contributions, disciplinary action when necessary; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
    • Responsible for facilitating daily sales meetings, assigning daily/weekly sales goals.
    • Creates sales contests to drive production.
    • Maintains equipment by evaluating and installing equipment; developing preventive maintenance programs; calling for repairs; evaluating and implementing upgrades

    Compensation:
    Salary $240,000 to $340,000 Mx gross per annum (based on experience) plus commission on customers gross sales as negotiated on hiring
