  • We are looking for a Trainer that can assist in developing top performing agents, is able to manage and coordinate group activities and provide positive feedback and coaching.

    DUTIES

    Deliver training in an effective manner, resulting in agents meeting expected standards in performance

    Stay up to date with processes, systems, procedures and best practices

    Utilize downtime (when call traffic is slow) effectively and resourcefully, focusing on maximizing training time and trainee's experience

    Lead by example, always following company policies and procedures

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum of 9 months of experience as a call center agent

    Experience as a trainer is desired

    Superior customer service skills

    Proficient interpersonal written and verbal communication skills

    Highly skilled in group management

    Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision

    Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
